Do I need prior research experience?
For coordinator roles, prior research or clinical experience is preferred. We provide protocol and GCP training for all staff.
Are these roles on-site?
Most roles are on-site because study visits and source documentation happen at the site. Some regulatory work can be hybrid.
Is bilingual ability required?
It is not required for every role, but English/Spanish fluency is a significant advantage for participant-facing positions.
